Theme Locations Setting

    I am doing a few WordPress copies using datbase exports and the wp-content folder from a base one with a few specific modifications on the sql sie to make the cloning work however one setting I just can’t get to copy is the Primary Navigation.

    The menu items copy over fine but the setting under Appearance->Menus that chooses the Primary Navigation doesn’t copy. Where is this setting stored at, is it in a file somehwere?
