Theme layout and new post entry issues

    I am having 2 problems with my site. The first is that when I view the site on mobile, the theme images are not aligned correctly.
    The second problem is that when I post a new entry the header appears at the top of every single new post.

    Any assistance with either issue is greatly appreciated.
