Theme keeps truncating my posts

I’m editing http://www.summercamber.com/ and the posts all get cut off automatically after a few lines. I’ve checked index.php and there is neither a the_excerpt() or the_content() in the code anywhere. There are a few the_content() s sprinkled in other files such as single.php, but from what I understand, that is what is supposed to be there if I want the full post to be displayed on the front page.

The <!–more–> tag also doesn’t work. I insert it, but nothing appears.

How do I get full posts to display on the site?
