    Events were not displaying after we installed and successfully tested the connection. Switching the Simple theme to the 2015 theme fixed the problem. That’s great, I guess, but can you provide any guidance on how to troubleshoot theme issues so that we can get the Simple theme working?

  • Any update would be appreciated. I know you can support every theme. Just wondered if there is any sort of a theme developers guide or suggested troubleshooting steps?

    If switching to a supported default theme fixed your issue, then it’s something in your theme’s support for the plugin; this article (the Theme Support section) will get you all set up.
