Theme issue leading to crashed site

    Hi,

    Trying to use a new theme, but when I download one (any one), I get the error/warning below:

    Warning: fileperms(): stat failed for E:\HostingSpaces\name\havekitchenwillcook.com\wwwroot/ in E:\HostingSpaces\name\havekitchenwillcook.com\wwwroot\wp-admin\includes\file.php on line 918

    And if I try to activate the theme, it crashes the whole site (not even able to log in) until I go in via my provider and remove the theme and then activate again to one of my existing themes. What should I do differently?

    Call your hosting provider. IT sounds like you don’t have permission to do what you’re trying to do.
