• I emailed support with a simple question (or so I thought): where can I find the actual .php file which displays pages full width?

Granted, I should have been able to figure out how the templates in this theme work myself, but I failed. Then again – so did support.
After several emails, they suggested I hire their developer to help me locate the theme file.

I am willing to pay for support and I don’t expect free support to help me customize my website. That goes without saying. But asking for a simple name/location shouldn’t be asking too much, IMHO. And to hire a developer to send an email saying something like “The file is name.php and it’s located in /right/here/name.php”?

    Switching themes.

    Hi,

We don’t recommend you to make changes in the source code. Also free support doesn’t include: Theme customization, Custom coding, Support for 3rd party plugins.
Fruitful theme is a free theme. I’m not a developer, I’m a free support. Support can help you with theme settings, byt can’t help you in the code.
Please use our template in such it is. Or you can hire our developer who will assist you.

    Regards
