Theme is causing woocommerce product search to not work

For the last few days I have been troubleshooting why woocommerce product search returns the following

“No products were found matching your selection.”

I carried out a number of test including turning off all plugins and only leaving woocommerce and coblocks – the error remained.

I switched to Twenty Twenty-Three default theme and woocommerce product search began working.

This test was carried out with every plugin running also so i believe there is a conflict between woocommerce and the theme.

Could someone please look into this?
