# Theme installation problem

 * “Are you sure you want to do this?
 * Please try again.
    Forbidden
 * You don’t have permission to access /wp-admin/update.php on this server.”
 * Help!!!

 * – deactivating **all** plugins to see if this resolves the problem. If this works,
   re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).
 * – switching to the Twenty Eleven theme to rule out any theme-specific problems.
 * – [resetting the plugins folder](http://codex.wordpress.org/FAQ_Troubleshooting#How_to_deactivate_all_plugins_when_not_able_to_access_the_administrative_menus.3F)
   by FTP or PhpMyAdmin. Sometimes, an apparently inactive plugin can still cause
   problems.

 * Hi again, I just realized that I do have that as my theme right now. :-\
    Is 
   there anything else I can do??

 * I deleted all the plug ins that were in that folder and deactivated the ones 
   I couldnt delete.

   thats why I said what I had done to the plug ins

   me the same message.

 * Try asking your hosts for assistance. You may have a permissions problem.
