# Theme Installation Issues

 * I am having trouble installing a theme ([ShapeShifter](http://themeforest.net/item/shapeshifter-one-page-infinite-possibilities/75759?ref=epicera))
   to my WordPress. I have been able to install other themes without any problems,
   but when I try to upload the zip file for this theme, it tries for 5 – 10 minutes
   and then I receive this message:
 * “Are you sure you want to do this?
    Please try again.”
 * Any suggestions?
