# Theme installation issue

 * Hello,
 * Whilst trying to install a theme i have purchased i get an error message.
 * The uploaded file could not be moved to /hermes/bosweb/web134/b1346/d5.goodieso/
   public_html/lgmedia/wp200911/wp-content/uploads/2011/10.
 * How do i resolve this issue?

 * Try changing the permissions on the wp-content directory to 766. If you still
   have problems, try 767, 775 or 777. Once your uploads are working, change the
   permissions on wp-content back to 755 again and check that everything still works
   OK.

 * Try contacting your hosts for assistance or unpack & upload the theme using [FTP](http://codex.wordpress.org/FTP_Clients)
   or whatever file management application your host provides.
