# Theme Install Issue

 * Hi Guys, I am new to WP so this could be a total noob thing, but I am trying 
   to install a theme and I am following the directions to a “t”, but when I go 
   to the admin panel I get this:
 * “Warning: require(/home/content/91/10467491/html/wp-includes/load.php) [function.
   require]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/content/91/
   10467491/html/wp-settings.php on line 21
 * Fatal error: require() [function.require]: Failed opening required ‘/home/content/
   91/10467491/html/wp-includes/load.php’ (include_path=’.:/usr/local/php5_3/lib/
   php’) in /home/content/91/10467491/html/wp-settings.php on line 21″
 * Does anyone know what this means or how I can fix it?
