Theme 'Indicate' – Secondary sidebar displaced after upgrade to wordpress 3.6.1

    I upgraded to WordPress 3.6.1 yesterday.

    Iam using the Indicate Theme version 2.1 .

    After upgrade, I found that the Secondary Side bar (on the right side) was not visible.
    On scrolling down I found that it has been displaced to a position below the posts. Hence it is not seen on the first page.
    Has anyone else seen this problem before. Please help.

    I tried deleting all the widgets and recreating it. No luck.
