[Theme: iFeature] Modify "read more" text

My blog is in french and unfortunately iFeature is not localized.

I would like to replace and translate the text “Read more” displayed on the welcome page of my blog when you need to hit this link to see the full page of an article (only the extract is displayed at the moment)

Where can I find the “read more” text and replace it ?
