Theme header links

My theme has a line under the header for links. Home is there. I went to Menus, header_links, but Home isn’t there. I added two links but they don’t appear. How do I edit the links if I can’t find the menu or widget? The theme was free from another site. I tried to use your search and filter for themes but I’d choose Left Sidebar and all that showed were right sidebar. I’d choose Pink and green themes came up

You should always post a link to your site if you want to get help, and specify which theme you are using.

With the menus, you usually have to not just make one, but designate it as your primary or main menu- that sometimes depends on the theme.

The site is not appropriate to post. The theme isn’t from y’all and I believe you don’t help with those. I thought someone could answer in general. The theme does not support menus it says.
