    Hello,

I’m pretty new to the whole WordPress Framework and using themes but I’m interning and trying to build a new design for a website. I’m using a child theme for the Lambda parent theme. I am creating a page which is utilising one of the header types which comes with the theme (Logo left – menu sidebar) but I would like to customise it a little bit.

Currently, once the nav menu button in the header is clicked, it pushes left onto the page moving the main page content area. (-270px). I would like to bring it up without pushing the page, utilising a higher z-index as well as margin-left: -270px. I tested this using inspect element and it worked. But I am not sure where to place this change in the theme files as I am a bit unsure as to where the original behaviour is being generated in the theme files currently.

I am wondering if someone could assist me with this please?

    This is the page: http://www.mutinymedia.co.uk/DEV/wordpress/cute-studio

    Thank you!

    Olivia.

  • I’m sorry but as you appear to be using a commercial theme, you really need to seek support from the theme’s developer/vendor. We do not have access to, nor do we support, commercial products here. Your best bet is always your product’s developer, so we encourage you to use the official support venues, as it allows the developers to be aware of issues with their code and gives back to the community in a more robust way.
