# Theme Header

 * This is a great plugin and thank you for your hard work getting it together. 
   I have a couple of questions I hope you can help me with. In the book table page
   and also when clicking on more titles from this author, my theme header is not
   showing up, nor are the sidebars. Is there something I need to add somewhere?
