[Theme: Grisaille] Removing "by admin" from posts

    I have the theme “Grisaille” and I can’t remove the “by admin” from my blog posts

    I’ve tried removing the following code from my index.php file but no changes are made.

    <?php _e(‘by’, ‘grisaille’); ?> <?php the_author(); ?></p>

    I’ve tried removing different parts of that as well as the whole thing. I’m not sure what to do!
