[Theme: Grey Opaque] Unable to change the header image

  • Hi!

I really like this theme but when I try change the header image through “Appearence->Settings->Theme Options->Show Headerimage->You can select or upload a new headerimage here.”, I get a very annoying error:

“You do not have sufficient permissions to access this page.” leaving me unable to set the header image.

I really hope anybody is able to help me out here…

    Have you tried:

    – deactivating all plugins to see if this resolves the problem. If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).

    – switching to the Twenty Ten theme to rule out any theme-specific problems.

resetting the plugins folder by FTP or PhpMyAdmin. Sometimes, an apparently inactive plugin can still cause problems.

    Hi Esmi!

Thanks for your suggestions however I didn’t activate any plug-in before installing/configuring this theme so, unfortunately, I think we have to rule out that one. Actually I’m applying this theme on a freshly installed copy of v3.1.3. For the record I tried your suggestions (not resetting the plug-in obviously) but the the problem is still there…

To solve the problme click Update button on bottom page and then appear Header menu on Appearence Menu on the left of the page.

pippo71 – you’re the man/woman!!!!!!! Great tip – it solved the problem. Many thanks!!!!!!

on a related note i am trying to find the code for the header image size as i would like to increase it from 200 to 250. If anyone can help that would be great.

Ok, found it in functions, please ignore me, sorry
