# Theme gone after update

 * My site has been up for months but when I updated recently, the formatting is
   completely gone. It now looks like an incredibly generic, unformatted blog and
   I can’t seem to figure out any way to get back to where I was. The dashboard 
   still says I’m running the Prologue theme too and it’s incredibly frustrating.

 * How were you making formatting changes prior to the update? I.e. were you using
   a Custom CSS plugin for CSS modifications?

 * I was just using the dashboard. What I’m finding is that if I change to another
   theme, the site itself takes on the appearance of said theme. However, when I
   go back to Prologue, it’s gone. I can’t utilize Prologue.

 * If you’re not aware of any backups that took place of your theme files, maybe
   you can try contacting your hosting providers to see if they took backups of 
   your files.

 * It was WPZoom, pretty sure it has been retired at this point, which sucks. Site
   just totally jacked and I was really happy with that theme. Wish there was a 
   way to get it back.
