[Theme: Genesis] Fixing Sidebar to the Screen Edge

Hello!

I’m developing a custom child theme for the Genesis Framework. One of the main features is that the sidebar will stick to the right of the screen, with the main content floated in the middle of the remaining space to the left. Basically exactly the same as this: http://www.nerdfitness.com/blog/2013/10/10/the-difference-between-inspiration-and-motivation/.

However, I’m not sure how to make this happen in terms of CSS. Can anyone help?
