    I’d really like to use the Fullby theme, but am planning to do some customizations. I set up a child theme, but for some reason it doesn’t display correctly. It’s clearly pulling in the theme stylesheet, but formatting is all off. Is there something I can do or does this theme not support child themes?

    Here is my child theme style.css…

    /*
    Theme Name:     Fullby Child
    Description: Child theme for the Fullby theme
    Author:         DG
    Template:       fullby
    Version:        0.1.0
    */

    @import url("../fullby/style.css");

  • Hey I had the same problem. The fullby theme is also dependent on the bootstrap css files.

    Try importing both of these at the top of your child theme

    @import url("../fullby/css/bootstrap.css");
    @import url("../fullby/style.css");

    There’s some other bootstrap css files in the same directory, if this doesn’t work try including some of the others. Hope it helps!

    A simple solution without modifying any code if you have ftp access.

    copy
    /fullby/css/ and /fullby/js/
    to
    /childtheme/css/  and /childtheme/js/

    now the linking to the necessary extra stylesheets and javascript files should be correct.
