Theme Full of Errors and No Support Available

I purchased their ST Cargo Pro WordPress theme expecting a professional and functional product, but unfortunately the experience has been extremely disappointing.

The theme contains multiple critical errors that make it very difficult to use. After installing it on a fresh WordPress installation, several parts of the theme fail to work properly, and important components of the demo and theme functionality do not load correctly.

What makes the situation worse is the lack of support. I attempted to find help and documentation to resolve the issues, but there is no responsive support available to assist with fixing these errors.

When purchasing a premium theme, customers expect:

• A stable and working product
• Clear documentation
• Reliable support when problems occur

Unfortunately, this theme does not meet those expectations.

At this point, I cannot recommend any of their theme due to the critical errors and absence of support.
