[Theme: Frisco for BuddyPress] 404 page error

  • Suppose if someone deletes a profile on my website and then goes on his profile page i.e mywebsite.com/members/username , then instead of displaying page not found , the website shows the following error

Fatal error: Call to a member function set_404() on a non-object in /home/mywebsite/public_html/wp-content/plugins/buddypress/bp-core/bp-core-functions.php on line 1462

That isn’t theme related. I’ve just tested this on a variety of configurations and all show a proper 404 page when viewing a previously deleted members profile page.

You might want to post your issue in BuddyPress forums along with the specifics of your installation/configuration.

Of course, remove all plugins except for BuddyPress and test this again with the bp-default theme before posting in the BuddyPress forums.
