 * There are a lots of Theme Frameworks out there and many of them have an advanced
   theme option page. I have question regarding these framework, because I am going
   to purchase any one of theme.
 * I have a question in my mind which is very important I think.
 * These framework should have GPL license like wordpress or not?

 * Basically, everything WordPress should be GPL. There are exceptions (like images
   and CSS) that don’t have to be, but are generally anyway. And if they’re not,
   they have to be clearly split-licensed.
