Theme feature independent sidebars

Hi, first i would like to point out that iam more or less a newbie on wordpress but i can handle some tutorials with a little guidance and that english is not my first tongue.
Now my question: I need a theme with 3 columns that are independent between them. I dont know is iam making my self clear. Here is a page web that does what i want. http://filmmakeriq.com/ You can see the main page and the sidebars are separated.

How can i do this? Is there a plugin? or maybe you can link me to a theme that already has this feature.
I would really apreciate any help.
