 * I really need to create multi-lingual site… being “translation ready” is not
good enough, many presentation page have major issues with translations, but
work well with WPML. I will only use theme that are certified WPML!
 * PLEASE add WPML as a filter for the selection of themes.

 * As far as I am aware, it is not policy to add tags to themes that relate to specific
plugins. Have you tried asking the authors of WPML whether they have a list of
   recommended themes?

 * Yes, they have a list… but it takes for ever to click every one and check what
they look like and if the features I need/want are part of that theme.
    Quite
   a waste of time. 🙁

 * It wouldn’t be appropriate to add a plugin to the theme filter like that. Where
would that stop? Make all plugins part of the theme filter?
 * For any plugin specific theme support the right place to look is that plugin’s
site. Adding such a theme filter would just be unfair to all the other plugin
   authors.
