Theme Failure?

    When I set my WP Blog theme to “HemingwayEx 0.95” it will reflect this change and appear on my site. However, at an irregular period of time (usually less than 5 minutes) my site theme will revert to the default WP Theme.

    Any help in figuring out this issue would be greatly appreciated!
