(Theme: Evolve) Contact form not sending email

I am using the Evolve theme. My contact form is all set up and looks great. Even tells me my email was successfully sent when I send a test email. However, it never shows up in the email box that I set it to in the Theme Options/Contact/Email address section. Does anybody know what I am doing wrong or how to fix this?
