 * Been a little while since I logged into my admin, but when I did today, I got
   this
 * ERROR: The themes directory is either empty or doesn’t exist. Please check your
   installation.
 * All of my plugins are gone and theme. How can this be fixed

 * So you are basically saying that the plugin and theme files are missing when 
   you are viewing it from and FTP software?
 * If you have some backup, the easiest way is to make a restore from that, but 
   if you don’t have that, the only solution is to install again the themes and 
   plugins.
 * But in this case, I would seriously recommend that you contact your webhost support,
   because missing files on any kind of site (not just WordPress) is a really serious
   issue (and beside that, there is a chance that they have a backup).
