[Theme: Elbee Elgee] Reorder menu tabs

Is it possible to change the order of the menu tabs so that they do not have to be in alphabetical order? I went to the “edit page” section and tried to reorder the widgets and menues but when I visit the site, the order of the tabs have not changed? Any suggestions?
