Theme Editor missing files

    I have a customer who wants to use the built in theme editor to make file changes. Problem is, some of the recent pages I have worked on (and uploaded via ftp) are not showing up in the list of pages at all. The pages work on the front end, they just don’t show up in the back end on the server.

    We looked at file security and everything else. Any clues?

    Are they in the main theme folder or in a sub-folder? The editor doesn’t show files in a theme’s sub-folder.
