# Theme Editor Errors

 * This has become most cumbersome in the recent week and don’t exactly know why
   this is happening. The MySQL server has been reset and I’ve totally cleared out
   my files and reinstalled WordPress onto my web server. Below is the cryptic errors
   I have yet to resolve. Your assistance would be much appreciated.
 * _Warning: fopen(E:\home\Default\garrettblog.com\htdocs/wp-content/themes/cssfreak/
   header.php) [function.fopen]: failed to open stream: Permission denied in E:\
   home\Default\garrettblog.com\htdocs\wp-admin\theme-editor.php on line 44_
 * Warning: fwrite(): supplied argument is not a valid stream resource in E:\home\
   Default\garrettblog.com\htdocs\wp-admin\theme-editor.php on line 45
 * Warning: fclose(): supplied argument is not a valid stream resource in E:\home\
   Default\garrettblog.com\htdocs\wp-admin\theme-editor.php on line 46
