Theme Editor creates folders with wrong permissions

    I came across this problem with the folders that Theme Editor creates.

    It does not create with the correct permissions.

    So Theme Editor needs to modify the permissions at the time of folder creation… Otherwise it can’t copy files in, or it can’t view them in the editor.

    Yes. I am hosting it myself.

    The folders get created with the wrong permissions.

    When I go in and change those permissions, it works as expected.

    Is this not behaviour you are seeing?

    I’m unaware of settings that I can change to set folder default permissions, but perhaps there is?
