    Hi,
till recently, i was using Jetpack 8.9.1

Theme editor (from menu Appearance=>Theme Editor) was functionning correctly : when changing some CSS and applying the change, i was having a ‘green message’ => OK

I upgraded recently Jetpack to the last 9.6.1 version and now i get the following message “Something went wrong. Your change may not have been saved. Please try again. There is also a chance that you may need to manually fix and upload the file over FTP” and i cannot modify the CSS. Moreover i cannot login anymore on the wp-admin page : it becomes totally blank, there is no banner to login.

If i reload the Jetpack 8.9.1 version, the issue disappears and i can use the Theme Editor again and i can login on the wp-admin page.

    Wordpress 5.7.1
Theme : Twenty Eleven, last update

If needed, I can provide screen captures if you tell me how to proceed.
Thank you very much in advance for you help.

    Hello, there.

It sounds like something is conflicting with the new version of Jetpack on your site.

Would you be able to try disabling all other plugins except for Jetpack to see if the issue continues? If everything looks normal while doing so, then you can switch on each other plugin one by one until you see the problem happen again.

Please let us know the results of the above troubleshooting and we can go from there. Thanks!
