theme editing permissions error

    hi everyone,
    i have been trying to edit K2 theme with the THEME EDTOR, but as soon as i savev or upload the changes i receive this message:
    Warning: fopen(D:\inetpub\webs\noname-magazinecom/wp-content/themes/K2 v096/ela.css): failed to open stream: Permission denied in D:\inetpub\webs\noname-magazinecom\wp-admin\theme-editor.php on line 44

    Warning: fwrite(): supplied argument is not a valid stream resource in D:\inetpub\webs\noname-magazinecom\wp-admin\theme-editor.php on line 45

    Warning: fclose(): supplied argument is not a valid stream resource in D:\inetpub\webs\noname-magazinecom\wp-admin\theme-editor.php on line 46

    Warning: Cannot modify header information – headers already sent by (output started at D:\inetpub\webs\noname-magazinecom\wp-admin\theme-editor.php:44) in D:\inetpub\webs\noname-magazinecom\wp-admin\theme-editor.php on line 55

    i have tried to change the permission to 666 and also to 777 on the wp-content and on the theme directory of K2, but i keep getting this error message,
    i’m really new to this and i need to change some little things on the lay out .
    could someone give me a hand please.

    i’m sorry if this is a stupid question or if this topic have already been discused but , i’m really new to wp, i have just started with this this afternoon.
