Theme doesn't load on site

    I had a complete site crash so I deleted everything from the site. I created a simple html page and got the site working. After loading wordpress to the site through GoDaddy I activated one of the stock themes and cannot view the theme on my site. Anyone have an idea what I am missing. Here’s a link to the site, although you won’t see but a dummy site: http://www.lightsourcefineart.com Thanks for helping this newbie.

    try removing or renaming the index.html file.. this might be taking priority from your wordpress index.php file. I have had that happen to me once before. If not, then you may have a issues with your wordpress install. I see you have readme file up, and you have wp admin up if what I mentioned does not help, try changing to a new theme.

    Try gabrielcastillo’s suggestion, remove you index.html. Your WordPress installation if fine because your /wp-admin is accessible.
