• Hello,

    can anyone please help me? I am using a WP theme and also loco as the theme is english. I have translated the respective words in loco but it does not show the changes on my side after having saved them. What can I do?

    Hi, yes thanks. Everything done correctly. Have also contacted theme provider in order to find it out. No idea why it does not work!

    I cannot provide any other diagnostics than saying that I have done everything in a proper mode but the theme called “Turan” does not translate it. Also the theme provider does not know the reason.

    I cannot provide a download link of the theme as it is not free to download.

    Try saving your files under the global installation path: FAQ: Why don’t translations load from the custom folder?

    It’s possible that the theme doesn’t load translation files properly. In my experience commercial themes often ignore WordPress standards. If they’d like to post their code here I’ll gladly tell you why it doesn’t work.
