# Theme Dissapeared

 * Hello,
 * I installed W3 Total Cache and opened an account with Rackspace Cloudfiles. I
   followed the steps ad best as I understood them. I did follow a Youtube video
   that help a bit ([http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JXUBU_WoF_8](http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JXUBU_WoF_8)).
 * After following all the steps my theme is gone. I deactivated the CDN and now
   it is back. My page is really slow and I was hoping that W3 is the solution. 
   I am absolutely positive that this is user error.
