Did you move it? Did you follow:

No I haven’t moved it. It is my business site and I’m hosting it locally. I found a fix and changed the wordpress -> settings -> general on the 3rd and 4th entry to my public IP address. This fixed the problem but now I am not able to login and access the dashboard no matter if I try locally on the actual server or an external computer. I get the wp login screen but the dashboard will not load.

I have this same problem, don’t know how to fix it.

It’s a fresh install, everything’s up to date.

I’m using a child theme which I installed according to the instructions on the codex.

It displays when it resolves via the internet but is accessed through the local network- it’s just when viewing it across the internet that causes it to be text only.

I have port 80 forwarded to the webserver box.

Does anyone know how to fix it? Please someone help.

In brief, change the site URL setting to point to the domain name in Settings> General.
