  • Rename the theme folder you are currently using via FTP. This will force WordPress to use the default theme and you should then be able to login to WordPress dashboard.

    I hope this helps!

    That didn’t work.
Blog was just blank page and still the same issues when trying to log in.
    But thanks for trying

All your formatting is gone. Are you sure you have the site url and the home url set correctly? I’ve been able to get your login screen by going to

Also, have you recently changed themes or installed new plugins?

I noticed your wordpress installation references and not the URL you provided. I would make sure you have the site url and home settings correct and that should fix the issue.

when I try to login here is what I get:
This XML file does not appear to have any style information associated with it. The document tree is shown below.
    <string>parse error. not well formed</string>

No new plugins, no new themes,
I have not changed any of the url settings?
I have access via control panel and ftp, but I have no idea what to look for.

See if this link helps you. You can add the code to the wp-config.php file and so the site URL and Home are set correctly

    Thanks Tim,
brilliant, thanks very much for all your help
if there is anything I can do for you, please let me know

No worries! I’m glad I could help you.
