Theme dfBlog – Need Help!

    my web page, where is my advertisement:mysegway.cz

    Hi, I’ve got a problem with my wordpress and dfBlog theme. Everything is perfect, but when I add to my page an advertisement up to the top, something stayed and something moved.. I don’t know how to tell it..

    1st – This picture shows, how it has to work.
    2nd – This picture shows, how is it working.

    This is, what i need to put into my page (I’ve putted it into header.php file):

    <?php echo @iconv( "CP1250", "UTF-8",
file_get_contents("http://odkazy.seoone.cz/plocha.php/z110.cz/1"));?>

    So, is there any way to solve this problem?
    Sorry, I am a beginner in WordPress and I am from Czech Republic, so I don’t speak english very well.
