Hi! I’m a new theme developer, and I’ve never posted on these forums (though I’ve used the information a lot) before. Please forgive me if this is in the wrong place.

My issue is that when I’m logged in as an admin to the site, the menu toggle works just fine. However, when I log out and view the site normally, the button doesn’t react at all, and the menu ul is always there. I’ve included screencaps to show the difference.

    Install information:
This is a localhost, multisite install, using WAMP.
Theme is built on the underscores (_s) theme.

I’m not sure what code to even include because I have NO idea where to even start looking for the problem. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

    Thanks

  • How are you loading your JS file(s)? Can you show your code please.

I feel like an idiot. As soon as I went into functions.php, I saw that I had two enqueue scripts for the same thing (and one actually loaded jquery, while the other didn’t). I have stared and stared at that file for a week, and it wasn’t until you asked me that I saw it. So…thank you. 🙂

    It’s working great now.
