Theme developer needed for social organization

We are a newly founded social organization that helps kids fund their membership of various sport clubs, the neccesary equipment for that particular sport and get them away from the streets.

We are currently set up in 4 Danish cities and expanding.
All of our funds come from private donations and go entirely to the kids.
All staff is working voluntarily.

In that regard we would really like a site quite similar to that on http://www.flyasa.com but lack the knowledge of how to make such a template.

If you are a theme developer that would like to help us create one within a few weeks please contact me.
We will, of course, link to you and keep the theme private if you wish so.
We are, however, not able to pay you as those money would have to be taken away from the kids.

Despite of that we really hope someone will recognize the good will of our project and help us build a site, so that it will be easier for us to help even more kids.
