Theme designer needed

We want to from designers interested in completing two themes. There may be some ongoing contract work (some print media, corporate stuff as well)

Overview.
We are setting up a network of free sites (theme 1, all sites have same basic look and feel) revolving around a central site (theme 2). The network sites are run by golf professionals. The central site caters to a wide audience and contributorship while each network site is a localised effort.
