 * Hi all,
 * Before reading this ” The answer is Yes I have contacted the guys I’ve purchased
   it from “
 * I’ve recently purchased a theme and would like it to look like the demo version,
   the problem is I’ve contacted the people who I’ve purchased this off and they
   have said they need access to my hosting cpanel.
 * I’m with LCN and they don’t provide this access I’ve downloaded the files and
   uploaded them through FileZilla, however they are not the same as the demo.
 * The company asked me for payment so they can do the install for us which we have
   done so, they now say
 * impossible create base by ftp
    impossible work with phpMy Admin by ftp therefore
   we will refund your installation money
 * Can anyone please advise how to get the theme to look like the demo as I feel
   I’ve been tricked here.
 * The template is h[ere](http://www.bootstrap-template.com/Painting-co-Wordpress-template-ID-300111792.html)
   if this helps
 * Any would be much appreciated !
 * Many Thanks !

 * Thanks for clarifying that, but we really cannot help you with that theme. We
   do not have access to that commercial product and to be honest, don’t want access.
 * This is what the volunteers usually reply with.

 * If you need help with a theme in the WordPress repository then that’s something
   volunteers can help with. But this isn’t that and you really need to sort this
   out with that vendor.
 * If they offer you a refund then I suggest you go with that option.
