• I just took over a website for a nonprofit group. As I began reviewing what was on the site, structure, etc, I found that the Customizr theme would not stay active. I reinstalled the theme and activated 2x. It will NOT stay active, thus, I cannot work on pages and begin to edit things as needed.

Bad first impression for me of Customizr theme…fred

  • Hi,

Sorry, I am not able to replicate your issue.

All themes hosted on WordPress.org is reviewed by WordPress theme reviewers and according to WordPress standards.

I am sure it can be activated, if not there will not be 100000+ active installs.

Here are some ideas to troubleshoot your issue.

    1) Clear any cache plugin’s cache content and browser history.
Login to your WordPress and activate theme after you had done the above mentioned.
This will ensure your login session is valid.

    2) If you are still having issues, you can do a plugin conflict check by deactivating your plugins.

    3) You can also check your server folder and file permissions.

    Thank you
