Yes, it’s the Twenty Fifteen theme I am using. I get the same results with every theme I try.
Only one thing you can do I think … Disable iTSec plugin features till it starts working again.

Just noticed that the theme customizer is a page with a menu and an iframe (the Site Preview). The page has lots of javascript …
Perhaps you should try and monitor the javascript console for errors …
Also have you tested this on different browsers ?

Thanks for your suggestions, I will see what i can find. I have tried multiple different browsers.
If I disable the plugin everything works fine. I re-enabled the plugin and went through disabling one feature at a time and testing in between. After each test i re-enabled the previously disabled feature. Then, disabled the next feature and re-tested. I did this for every feature and the theme customizer never started working. I then went and disabled all of iThemes Security’s features, (so the plugin was active but none of the features were enabled), and the customizer still didn’t work. So the only thing that allows the customizer to work is disabling the plugin entirely.
Don’t know where to go from here. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
