Theme Customizer Not Loading

Hello,

On my website, alliancecleans.com, I’ve installed the FiveLayer theme, located here (http://themeforest.net/item/fivelayer-web-hosting-responsive-wordpress-theme/13019386?s_phrase=&s_rank=2).

I managed to install it and found it located under ‘Themes’ however, the Theme customizer won’t load up. I’ve tried clearing my browser cache, de-activating & then re-activating certain plugins, logging in & out each time and it still won’t load.

Does anyone have any ideas?
