Theme/ Customization error

I am having many problems using this platform with website customization accessibility and now errors and I considering moving to another platform.

My first question is an error that I have recently came across after customizing a page for the theme.
It states:
Recoverable fatal error: Object of class WP_Error could not be converted to string in /home/customer/www/earthwindbooks.com/public_html/wp-content/themes/chapterone/framework/modules/woocommerce/shortcodes/product-list/product-list.php on line 459

I am unsure of what that means and how to fix this problem.

Secondly I purchased a ChapterOne theme and after a very long time figuring out how to customize everything to my liking, all of the theme…. just went away. I cannot find the theme set up, I click on Chapterone customize theme and IT IS AN ENTIRE DIFFERENT THEME.

Thank you for your help, as well as sending information on how to recover all of this can you also send information on how to delete this website somehow and hosting/domain just in the case that I possibly consider moving.
