  • Re-upload (via FTP) the theme files to your themes folder.

try changing the slug of the page. It might be crashing because it is matching with some other slug which is similar.

Well then all my settings will be lost.
The theme is working fine on the home page.

Theme settings are saved in the database. If you’ve modified theme files, yes, those are overwritten – but that’s why you should not change theme files – but rather use a child theme.

Also, that’s a commercial theme, so please contact the developers for help with theme questions.

No they won’t. Theme settings are retained in the database.

How do I change the slug @ SKT Themes

I just checked that there are 4 unknown links on the page in a strange language. Is my website hacked? ?

A scan of your site shows no signs of a hack. Have you tried:

    – deactivating all plugins to see if this resolves the problem. If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).

    – switching to the default theme to rule out any theme-specific problems.

resetting the plugins folder by FTP or PhpMyAdmin. Sometimes, an apparently inactive plugin can still cause problems.
